The founder of The HIH Group has over 12 years of boots on the ground experience selling directly to manufacturing companies and has visited thousands of manufacturing companies throughout the United States.
Through this experience he has noticed 3 very important trends:
- There is a large demand for American made tooling, servicing the plastics manufacturing industry, due to onshoring.
- There is significant fragmentation in the lower middle market tooling manufacturing industry.
- Lower middle market tooling companies do not have the needed systems and know-how to capitalize on this onshoring demand.
Our vision is to consolidate this fragmentation, capitalize on the onshoring demand and within a 10-year time period, take our company public.
